Had a studio apartment with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. Loved that there were coffee and tea making tools, a fridge, and even an oven. 😊 The spot was awesome - super convenient to get to Tsugaike.

The location of this modern and incredibly beautiful venue was UNBEATABLE, close to the ski lift and bus terminal. The staff were attentive and the hotel was fairly clean. Additionally, it was conveniently situated next to the ski lifts and train station.

everything was very easy, magnificent location short walk to convenience store and the ski slopes and ski lifts or train station, attentive staff. we enjoyed rooms with clean n great staffs. the breakfast was warm, the check in was smooth. besides, free parking onsite was very welcome.

The place was pretty clean, and I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was amazing, super friendly, and always quick to help with anything we needed. The room was spotless with all the essentials like a nice shower, hair dryers, and fluffy bath sheets 🛁.

The location of Wadano Gateway Suites & Apartments was absolutely stunning. It was conveniently close to the Happo One ski village and slopes, as well as the Nagano Olympics sign and a supermarket. Upon arrival, the hotel mini bus was waiting for me at the bus terminal, providing a seamless transfer to the hotel. He even personally took me to my ski lessons each morning, which was a great convenience. The cozy games room and happy hour were a hit with both me and the kids. Additionally, the Thai restaurant attached to the resort was a delightful option. The spacious and warm rooms had everything I needed, and the huge drying room for ski gear was a bonus. During my stay, I was even fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of the snow monkeys.

The hot breakfast with egg benedict was excellent! The location is ideal, close to a convenient store, ski lifts, and the ski area. The room is well-designed, practical, and clean. The staff members were great and very helpful.

The suite at Wadano was nicely styled and practical, perfect for families with children. The room was equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The location was great and convenient for walking around Tsugaike.

The beds are comfortable, there is a dining area, and parking is available on site.

We absolutely loved our stay at this lodge! The hotel was impeccably clean and had great facilities including a pool table, foosball table, and cozy TV nook. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always giving us great advice on things to do in the area. The transportation was convenient, with a free shuttle service to take us everywhere. The breakfast was also delicious, with a different gourmet hot food option every day.
